Copywriting Practice – Social Headlines – Noise-Cancelling Headphones
Today’s prompt was to come up with three social media headlines for three different audiences. The product? A high-end pair of noise-cancelling headphones. A writer’s best friend, I’ll tell you that much.
Remote Workers
Don’t be low-key part of your partner’s meeting. You’ve got a presentation to finish.
Stop eavesdropping on your neighbors, you’re supposed to be in a meeting.
HAVING TROUBLE FOCUSING OVER THAT GARBAGE TRUCK?
Music Audiophiles
You and Chappell Roan deserve better than “Meh”.
Relaxing night in with the White Album? The Fab Four deserve the best.
Listen to the bass notes, not the neighbors.
Frequent Travelers
Hear that baby four rows back? We don’t, and you don’t have to either.
Seeking calm in the airport? Not with those earbuds you aren’t.
Before you can sit on top of Mount Fuji, you have to survive the bus ride to the base.
My personal favorite is the third remote worker headline, incidentally. The all-caps grabs attention, and everyone who’s worked from home knows that feeling.
